Taylor Swift has been on yet another mission to right a wrong that was lodged against her ever since Scotter Braun bought her masters. The albums ended up being sold off, but not to her, meaning she's re-recording the songs so she can own them again. We previously heard a brief snippet of the Fearless cut "Love Story," and now we know that the song is coming tonight. It will be followed by an expanded version of Fearless called Fearless (Taylor's Version).Taylor announced the new album in a tweet earlier this morning, detailing that the release will now include six songs that didn't make the cut on the original Fearless.
UPDATE (2/12, 12:15 a.m. ET): You can now listen to "Love Story (Taylor's Version)" down below via a new lyric video.
The announcement also included a lengthy statement written in lower-case, with select letters capitalized throughout. The capital letters spelled out APRIL NINTH, which is the album's proper release date (as confirmed by Swift's website).
Fearless (Taylor's Version) follows Taylor Swift's two 2020 albums folklore and evermore.
