As if Season 3 didn't make you cry enough, the Queer Eye Fab Five have aided in another post-show success story, helping Jess Guilbeaux return to college.Guilbeaux, 23, appeared on the show, sharing her journey — including being kicked out of her house at 16 by her adoptive parents after coming out as a lesbian. She enrolled in college at the University of Kansas but was forced to drop out because of debt.
Now, thanks to a GoFundMe campaign inspired by her episode of Queer Eye, Guilbeaux has received more than $95,000 USD of a $100,000 USD goal to help her return to finish her degree in computer science.
The crowfunding campaign was initiated by a viewer of the show, who explained: "While I do not personally know Jess, I felt compelled to initiate this campaign and have handed over ownership of this account to her. The funds go directly to her."

It's not the first time the internet has got behind one of the show's heroes after their time on screen was up — fan favourite couple Tom and Abby eventually got remarried after appearing on Season 1.
