Published Dec 27, 2018More details of the sexual assault case against Kevin Spacey have emerged, including news that there is video evidence filmed by the busboy who alleged he was groped by the actor.
According to court records, a Massachusetts police report filed with a criminal complaint in Nantucket District Court claims investigators have video of the alleged assault a Nantucket bar in July 2016, CNN reports.
In the police report, the victim — who was 18 at the time — claims Spacey bought him numerous drinks during the night, bragged about his penis size and tried to get him to come to his home afterwards. Spacey later allegedly rubbed the victim's thigh and unzipped his pants without consent to fondle him.
According to the complaint, the accuser did not know how to react and did not want to get in trouble for underage drinking at work. He claims he repeatedly tried to move Spacey's hands away from him, but Spacey continued to reach down his pants.
The complaint states that at the time, the victim was texting his girlfriend who did not believe him so he sent her a Snapchat video as proof. Police were able to use the video to confirm the victim and Spacey's clothing on the night of the incident.
The allegations matched those of former Boston WCVB-TV news anchor Heather Unruh, who publicly accused Spacey a year ago at a press conference of getting her son drunk and assaulting him.
On Christmas Eve, Spacey added a strange layer to the situation, releasing a video in character as Frank Underwood from House of Cards where he seems to address the charge.
As previously reported, Spacey has been charged with felony sexual assault and is set to be arraigned in Massachusetts on January 7. He has been the subject of numerous accusations since last year, when Anthony Rapp first accused him of making sexual advances on him when he was just 14.
